Privacy Policy
PEX Ticket (pexticket.com, operated by PASHEX, hereinafter “PEX Ticket”, “we”, “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
Processing of Personal Data
To provide our ticketing service, PEX Ticket may request certain personal information from you, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number and, where relevant, age or interests. Personal data we collect is processed for the following purposes:
- Creating and managing your account and profile
- Selling event tickets and managing the ticketing process
- Delivering your ticket, QR code and purchase confirmation
- Providing customer support and responding to your requests
- Sending service and, where you consent, promotional communications
- Fraud prevention, security and meeting our legal obligations
Your personal data may be processed, in whole or in part, by automated or non-automated means, including obtaining, recording, storing, preserving and updating.
Transfer of Personal Data
PEX Ticket does not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes, except in the following cases:
- Payment providers: your payment information is transferred to the iyzico secure payment infrastructure for processing ticket purchases.
- Service providers: data may be shared in a limited scope with business partners providing the technical infrastructure and support services we rely on.
- Legal obligations: disclosure may be made to official authorities when requested in accordance with proper procedures and mandatory legislative provisions.
Your Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK (Law No. 6698), you may exercise the following rights by sending an e-mail to pex@pashex.io:
- Learn whether your personal data has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion, anonymization or destruction of your data
- Object to a result arising from automated analysis of your data
- Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
Data Security
PEX Ticket takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data. In the event of a security breach, the necessary notifications will be made to the affected individuals and to the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with Article 12 of Law No. 6698.
Cookies & Anonymous Data
Non-personal, anonymized statistical data (such as visit times and pages viewed) may be used to improve service quality and measure site performance, and may be shared with service providers for these purposes only.
Payment Security
Payment transactions are processed through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure. Your card information is transmitted directly to the payment provider and is not stored by PEX Ticket. All payment transactions are protected with 3D Secure verification and industry-standard (PCI-DSS) security.

PEX Ticket (pexticket.com, PASHEX tarafından işletilir; bundan sonra “PEX Ticket”, “biz”) gizliliğinize değer verir. İşbu Gizlilik Politikası; hangi kişisel verileri topladığımızı, neden topladığımızı, nasıl koruduğumuzu ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamındaki haklarınızı açıklar.
Kişisel Verilerin İşlenmesi
Biletleme hizmetini sunabilmek için PEX Ticket sizden ad, e-posta, telefon numarası ve gerektiğinde yaş veya ilgi alanları gibi bazı kişisel bilgileri talep edebilir. Toplanan kişisel veriler aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenir:
- Hesabınızın ve profilinizin oluşturulması ve yönetilmesi
- Etkinlik biletlerinin satışı ve biletleme sürecinin yönetimi
- Biletinizin, QR kodunuzun ve satın alma onayının iletilmesi
- Müşteri desteği sağlanması ve taleplerinize yanıt verilmesi
- Hizmet bildirimleri ve onayınız halinde tanıtım iletileri gönderilmesi
- Dolandırıcılığın önlenmesi, güvenlik ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi
Kişisel verileriniz, elde etme, kaydetme, saklama, muhafaza ve güncelleme dâhil olmak üzere otomatik veya otomatik olmayan yollarla kısmen veya tamamen işlenebilir.
Kişisel Verilerin Aktarımı
PEX Ticket kişisel verilerinizi satmaz ve ticari amaçlarla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmaz; aşağıdaki hâller istisnadır:
- Ödeme sağlayıcıları: ödeme bilgileriniz, bilet satın alımlarının işlenmesi için iyzico güvenli ödeme altyapısına aktarılır.
- Hizmet sağlayıcıları: veriler, gerekli teknik altyapı ve destek hizmetlerini sağlayan iş ortaklarıyla sınırlı kapsamda paylaşılabilir.
- Yasal yükümlülükler: usulüne uygun talep edildiğinde ve zorunlu yasal hükümler çerçevesinde resmî mercilere açıklama yapılabilir.
Haklarınız
KVKK’nın (6698 sayılı Kanun) 11. maddesi uyarınca, pex@pashex.io adresine e-posta göndererek aşağıdaki haklarınızı kullanabilirsiniz:
- Kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
- İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
- Verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
- Eksik veya yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
- Verilerin silinmesini, anonim hâle getirilmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
- Otomatik analize dayalı sonuçlara itiraz etme
- Hukuka aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde tazminat talep etme
Veri Güvenliği
PEX Ticket kişisel verilerinizin güvenliği için gerekli teknik ve idari tedbirleri alır. Herhangi bir güvenlik ihlali durumunda, 6698 sayılı Kanun’un 12. maddesi uyarınca ilgili kişilere ve Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na gerekli bildirimler yapılır.
Çerezler ve Anonim Veri
Kişisel olmayan, anonimleştirilmiş istatistiksel veriler (ziyaret zamanları, görüntülenen sayfalar vb.) hizmet kalitesini artırmak ve site performansını ölçmek için kullanılabilir ve yalnızca bu amaçlarla hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşılabilir.
Ödeme Güvenliği
Ödeme işlemleri iyzico güvenli ödeme altyapısı üzerinden gerçekleştirilir. Kart bilgileriniz doğrudan ödeme sağlayıcısına iletilir ve PEX Ticket tarafından saklanmaz. Tüm ödemeler 3D Secure doğrulaması ve sektör standardı (PCI-DSS) güvenlik ile korunur.
