Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of PEX Ticket (pexticket.com, operated by PASHEX, “PEX Ticket”, “we”, “us”) and the purchase of event tickets through our platform. By creating an account or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the activity on your account. Some events are age-restricted (e.g. 18+); you must meet the age and entry requirements stated for each event.

2. Tickets & Purchases

• A ticket is a personal, revocable license to attend the specified event; it is not a transfer of ownership.
• Each ticket is delivered as a unique QR code and is valid for a single entry (or the number of entries stated on the ticket).
• Event details, line-ups, dates, venues and prices are shown before purchase and confirmed in your order.
• Reselling tickets above face value or through unauthorized channels may result in the ticket being voided.

3. Payment

Prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through the iyzico payment infrastructure with 3D Secure verification. Your card details are transmitted directly to the payment provider and are not stored by PEX Ticket. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• If an event is cancelled, ticket holders are entitled to a refund of the ticket price in accordance with applicable law; service fees may be non-refundable where permitted.
• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date, or you may request a refund within the period we announce.
• Except as required by law, tickets purchased for a confirmed event are generally non-refundable once issued, as they grant access to a time-specific event.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method through iyzico.

5. Event Changes

Line-ups, set times and other event details may change for reasons beyond our control. Such changes do not, by themselves, entitle you to a refund unless the event is cancelled. The organizer is responsible for the event; PEX Ticket acts as the ticketing platform.

6. Entry & Conduct

You must present a valid ticket (QR code) at entry and, where required, a valid ID. The venue and organizer may refuse entry or remove any person who violates health, safety or venue rules, or who poses a risk to others. No refund is due in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property

The PEX Ticket and PASHEX names, logos, software and content are protected and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PEX Ticket provides the ticketing platform “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of events, venues or third parties, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a ticket is limited to the amount you paid for that ticket.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute shall be subject to the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PEX Ticket after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
